The compensation for the role is up to $56,000 annual base salary. The role pays up to an additional $8,400 annual bonus with accelerators and will be eligible for uncapped commissions program. This is a sales role and requires 2-3 days per week travel on the road in the assigned territory area (Northern California and Oregon) and includes mileage reimbursement and other sales related stipends. Candidates must have a reliable form of transportation.

Summary The Territory Sales Rep is a member of the Domestic Sales team and is responsible for driving sales growth throughout the various distribution channels, including but not limited to: Pilates Studios, Yoga Studios, Run, Dancewear Retailers, Specialty Retail, Spas, Resorts, Health Clubs, Sporting Goods, Department Stores, and E‑Commerce. A key component of this role is supporting and augmenting the efforts of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM). The role includes travel, management of accounts in the region, supporting the RSM in developing strategic partnerships, pre‑booking, forecasting, marketing feedback, account and territory recaps, report analysis, and general support of in‑house sales efforts.
The Territory Sales Rep works collaboratively with directions from the Regional Sales Manager, however, the role provides a great deal of autonomy and requires a high level of self‑direction. The ideal candidate will complete work accurately and timely, work well in a deadline‑driven, fast‑paced environment, and have the ability to work with undefined and defined processes and routine while also having the ability to shift gears when needed, when priorities change.
Duties and Responsibilities
In the assigned territory, meet sales objectives by supporting the Regional Sales Manager(s) and/or Sales Representative(s) assisting our dealers in all aspects of their business as it pertains to Thirty Three Threads sales
Forecast sales & manage business pipeline through HubSpot CRM
Build and manage sales routes and field activity using Spotio (sales route planner)
Drive revenue through outbound calls, upselling, and strategic account growth
Count and fill order support, merchandising and in‑store staff support
Travel to, assist and sell at regional/national tradeshows and key customer meetings
Prepare samples, merchandising pages, reports, and other tools needed for productive meetings and line presentations, email blasts
Internally manage and liaise with RSMs, Reps, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Ops, Product, as needed, to ensure compliance and execution of best practices
Communicate frequently and effectively with our dealers to monitor sell‑through and drive future and At Once bookings
Assist customers with product purchases and assortments by providing the most up‑to‑date sales information for their specific distribution channel and personal product knowledge
Prospect and open new dealers in region
Team support, including providing coverage for RSM
Wholesale Account and Order Management
Enter and modify orders; include SAP Business by Design, NuOrder, uploading EDI transmissions
Manage account orders from order inception to delivery ensuring compliance at every step of the supply chain including, but not limited to, EDI, ASN, Routing, Compliance, ticketing and pre‑packing
Review and confirm all pricing, discounts and terms are correct in the system
Monitor and maintain all open orders in designated territories; maintain communication with RSM/Sales Rep and customer regarding order status (i.e., back‑orders, cancellations and adjustments, credit holds, hold for confirmation, etc.)
Ensure that all open orders are shipped out on the scheduled ship date and prior to the cancel date
Manipulate open order reports to ensure accuracy and shipping timelines; communicate information to RSM/Reps and customers
Provide and create return authorizations for warranty and other product issues
Respond to all wholesale inquiries and distribute contact and distribution information to the appropriate RSM/Rep
Reporting
Utilize data for opportunities: Such as YOY Report, Daily Booked Report, Open Orders, Past Due Reports, Sales vs. Goals, Category YTD
Monitor and report on progress toward monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and yearly shipping goals. Including open order reports, accounts/order “Blocked/Not Blocked,” product availability, Action on opportunities and order issues. Ensure orders assigned within territory ship to make goals.
Deliver user‑friendly reports to external sales force as needed to improve the efficacy of communication between reps and customer
Provide ATS reports for all regional customers and solve inventory issues
Provide accurate and comprehensive market and consumer intelligence
Other tasks and projects as needed
Education and Experience
3 years of selling experience in the apparel industry or a similar related environment
Experience with out‑calling, upselling, and general account management
Experience working with sales, or a closely related field with proven experience in analyzing sales reports and recognizing potential opportunities
High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or relevant field preferred.
An understanding of barre, Pilates, yoga, and general fitness activities
Technical Skills and Experience
Proficient internet skills (searching, navigating)
Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
Experience with SAP Business by Design or other ERP systems highly preferred. HubSpot, Spotio, NuOrder B2B, other CRM is a bonus
Experience in analyzing sales reports and recognizing potential opportunities
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
First‑rate customer service skills
Travel
This role requires a minimum of 60% travel in the designated territory on a weekly basis, which may include overnight travel.
Additional national and international travel for sales meetings, tradeshows, training and warehouse visits will be required.
