ServiceNow Regional Sales Manager – West Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, build client relationships, and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions across the western region.

Responsibilities

Drive net‑new business within a defined territory or industry vertical.

Develop and execute strategic account plans aligning ServiceNow’s value proposition with customer needs.

Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

Collaborate with internal teams (solution consultants, practice leads, marketing, alliance & partner teams) to deliver compelling customer experiences.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders (C‑suite, IT leaders, etc.).

Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue through CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Stay current with ServiceNow offerings, industry trends and competitors.

Travel may be required for this role (0% to 25% depending on business needs and client requirements).

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS or IT Service Management.

Minimum 2 years selling ServiceNow (or a similar product).

Minimum 3 years of experience building trusted partnerships with clients/customers and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience); an associate’s degree requires minimum 6 years of work experience.

California: $73,800–$182,600

Cleveland: $68,300–$146,100

Colorado: $73,800–$157,800

District of Columbia: $78,500–$168,000

Illinois: $68,300–$157,800

Maryland: $73,800–$157,800

Massachusetts: $73,800–$168,000

Minnesota: $73,800–$157,800

New York/New Jersey: $68,300–$182,600

Washington: $78,500–$168,000
