Business / Sales Manager

to drive revenue, expand market presence, and lead customer engagement across a defined territory. This role will appeal to someone who thrives in a strategic commercial role that balances hands-on sales execution with cross-functional collaboration and market development.

Your role as Business / Sales Manager

Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed regional revenue goals

Build long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to ensure ongoing engagement and customer satisfaction

Identify and act on new business opportunities within your territory to drive market penetration and product adoption

Deliver tailored product education and training, including in-the-field demonstrations and technical support

Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure aligned messaging and enhanced customer experience

Lead pricing and contract discussions while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Track, analyse, and report on sales metrics and regional performance trends to senior leadership

Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows to raise awareness and build your network

Experience and qualifications for the Business / Sales Manager role

Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or related field

Solid commercial experience in the MedTech or healthcare industry, ideally with exposure to transcatheter or cardiovascular therapies (e.g. TAVI)

Deep understanding of medical device sales processes and healthcare market dynamics

Strong track record of managing customer relationships and building partnerships in clinical settings

Confident in analysing market data and sales performance to guide strategic decisions

Effective communicator and negotiator, able to influence internal and external stakeholders

Comfortable working independently in a field-based role with frequent travel across the assigned region
