We are looking for band 5 Physiotherapists to join us on the Norfolk and Norwich Physiotherapy Staff Bank and be part a workforce of over 10,000 staff!

Main duties of the job Physiotherapist responsible for the physiotherapy management of patients with a variety of conditions within the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Work area/specialty will be in accordance with individual skills, knowledge and experience to support service needs. 2. To assess and manage own caseload of patients, determine clinical diagnosis and treatment indicated, and maintain own records as a legally autonomous practitioner. Patients may present with a range of complex needs, such as multi-trauma, multi-pathology, altered perception and communication difficulties. 3. To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate health care service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH's 'PRIDE' values of People-focused, Respect, Dedication, Integrity and Excellence.

Person Specification Qualifications

BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent

Registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (UK)

Experience

Broad range of core clinical experience at pre‑registration or if applicable post registration

Skills

Ability to carry out management/treatment programmes using clinical reasoning, problem solving, sound judgement and knowledge of treatment options.

Ability to demonstrate good written, verbal and non‑verbal communication skills

Commitment to extended‑day/7‑day working patterns

Commitment to on‑call and weekend working

Effective role model, demonstrating NNUH's PRIDE values of People focussed, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence
