We’re hiring a
Field Sales Representative
to join our event marketing and lead generation team. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll work inside high-traffic retail locations, greeting shoppers, starting conversations, and collecting contact information from homeowners interested in a free in-home estimate for garage door upgrades. Duties
Engage shoppers in a friendly, professional manner Start casual conversations and qualify homeowner interest Collect names and contact details for free in-home estimates Submit leads accurately via iPad or paper form Represent our brand and create a positive first impression Requirements
Outgoing personality; comfortable speaking with strangers Ability to stand and interact for 4–8 hours per shift Reliable, punctual, and coachable Weekend availability required (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, event marketing, or brand ambassador roles is a plus (but not required) Work Conditions
Work inside climate-controlled, high-traffic retail environments No hard selling – just friendly conversations Flexible schedule Regular bending, lifting, etc. while assisting with operations. Benefits
