Summary We’re seeking a
Field Sales Supervisor
to oversee our event marketing and lead generation team. This leadership position involves managing team members at retail locations, ensuring smooth operations, coaching staff, and driving performance. You’ll also engage with shoppers, generate leads, and help maintain our strong brand presence.
Duties
Supervise and support lead generators during shifts
Ensure team members meet lead generation goals and follow company standards
Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching
Handle scheduling, reporting, and communication with management
Engage shoppers in a friendly, professional manner
Collect homeowner contact information for free in‑home estimates
Submit leads accurately via iPad or paper form
Represent our brand and create a positive first impression
Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales, event marketing, or supervisory roles
Strong leadership and communication skills
Outgoing personality; comfortable speaking with strangers
Ability to stand and interact for 4–8 hours per shift
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Weekend availability required (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
Work Conditions
Work inside climate‑controlled, high‑traffic retail environments.
Flexible schedule
Regular bending, lifting, etc. while assisting with operations.
