Regional Sales Manager - Texas and Louisiana Join McCrometer, Inc. as a Regional Sales Manager responsible for the growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within the Texas and Louisiana territories. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts, meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars, and drive revenue growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and executing a sales strategy that results in revenue growth in the region.

Building relationships and effectively communicating the benefits and value of McCrometer’s metering solutions.

Setting sales goals with channel partners and working collaboratively to ensure achievement and sustainment.

Utilizing and updating the CRM system (Salesforce) with accurate data to manage the funnel of opportunities.

Preparing sales reports and forecasts.

Attending trade shows and industry conferences to stay abreast of market developments and serve as an ambassador of McCrometer’s solutions.

Educating customers, dealers, and distributors on the product portfolio and value proposition.

Following up on customer issues and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve problems.

Essential Requirements

B.S. in Business, Marketing, or related fields (engineering careers a plus).

5-7 years of outside sales experience in an industrial business.

On-site experience within the Oil and Gas industry.

Deep knowledge of flow metering and water/wastewater applications is a plus.

Expertise in flow-metering technology and products is a plus.

Experience in CRMs, Salesforce preferred.

Compensation Base salary range: $125,000 – $145,000 USD per year; eligible for incentive pay.

Location & Travel Territory: Texas and Louisiana (remote position, 40–50% travel within those territories).
