Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Cross Roads, NC. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, evaluating potential business leads, creating presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also entails attending industry events to expand the company's network and promote its services.
Qualifications
Strong business development, lead generation, and deal-closing capabilities
Proven skills in market research, customer relationship management, and communication
Ability to create compelling presentations and negotiate contracts effectively
Experience in technology sales and knowledge of the IT or software development industry is highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets
Excellent networking skills and the ability to build long-term professional relationships
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
