Game Production Coordinator

Responsibilities
Provide operational support by managing communication channels with both internal and external partners.
Oversee workflows, identify risks, manage trade-offs, and remove obstacles to ensure smooth project execution.
Collaborate with IT, Infosec, and game teams to troubleshoot onboarding and access issues for external workers.
Lead initiatives to improve team processes, tools, and communication, while maintaining accurate internal documentation.
Facilitate team rituals, including meeting preparation, follow-ups, and action tracking, to enhance collaboration and alignment.
Required Skills
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production coordinator, assistant producer, or project manager role.
Background in gaming, software, or related industries.
Experience working with leadership teams and cross-functional partners.
Strong communication and facilitation skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to build productive working relationships with colleagues and customers.
