We’re partnering with a leading industry company to find a talented
Game Production Coordinator
to support their dynamic team.
This is a W2 Contract opportunity for approx 1 year. This role is hybrid in Los Angeles, CA.
This role is ideal for professionals experienced in game or software development. The role offers a chance to contribute to innovative projects within a collaborative environment, working primarily in an on-site setting with flexible aspects.

Responsibilities
Coordinate communication across multiple channels with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and clarity.
Oversee workflows by identifying risks, managing priorities, and resolving obstacles to keep projects on track.
Troubleshoot onboarding and access issues related to external workers in collaboration with IT and security teams.
Evaluate current processes and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency and team effectiveness.
Facilitate team rituals, organize meetings for collaboration, and support documentation practices to ensure seamless information sharing.
Qualifications
At least one year of experience as a production coordinator, assistant producer, or project manager in gaming, software, or related fields.
Proven ability to work with leadership teams and build strong working relationships.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Experience handling multiple requests while maintaining quality and timeliness.
Familiarity with collaborative project management tools such as AirTable, Miro, and Notion.
