Overview We’re working with a
well‑funded, high‑growth B2B SaaS company
operating at the intersection of
AI, infrastructure, and large‑scale capital projects . Backed by top‑tier investors and already trusted by global enterprise and government customers, the business is now scaling its go‑to‑market function in the US.

Partner closely with Sales and Founders to ensure events drive qualified pipeline and revenue
Build repeatable processes for pre‑event promotion, on‑site execution, and post‑event follow‑up
Evaluate ROI, optimise spend, and continuously refine the events mix
Act as the internal expert on where, how, and why the company should invest in events
Qualifications
Proven experience running exec‑level events and field marketing programs in SaaS
Strong commercial mindset with a clear focus on ROI and pipeline impact
Comfortable operating autonomously in an early‑stage or scale‑up environment
Confident engaging senior stakeholders and executive buyers
Organised, proactive, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves when needed

hybrid expectation
(in‑office time plus travel for events).
Why should you apply?
Join a company with clear product‑market fit and strong inbound interest
High visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership
Genuine opportunity to shape strategy, not just execute against it
Competitive salary, bonus, and equity on offer
