US Events Marketing Manager – High-Growth, VC-Backed B2B SaaS
Salary:
$113,900–$160,000 + equity and benefits
Location:
US based essential
- East Coast preferred (Remote-first with frequent US travel)
A fast-growing, VC-backed global SaaS company is hiring its
first US Events Marketing Manager
to lead and scale its event strategy as the business accelerates growth across North America.
This is a high-ownership, build-from-scratch role within a company that is redefining a legacy-heavy area of finance and compliance through a modern, AI-powered, API-first platform trusted by some of the world’s leading digital businesses.
Following a recent
$60m Series B
(taking total funding to
$85m+ ), the business is scaling its Go-To-Market organisation across the US and Europe and events are a critical lever in that growth.
If you want to own events end-to-end, operate with real autonomy, and help establish a US presence for a global SaaS scale-up, this is a standout opportunity.
Why this role stands out
First US Events Marketing hire
– full ownership, visibility and impact from day one
Build and scale the
entire US events programme
across conferences, trade shows, hosted dinners, partner events and webinars
Direct influence on
pipeline, revenue and brand presence
in a priority growth market
Work closely with Sales, GTM and the UK-based Marketing team
Join a high-performance marketing function scaling from
4 to 11
Trusted by global leaders including Uber, Zoom, Booking.com and Netflix
Backed by top-tier investors including Coatue, Index Ventures and Dawn Capital
What you’ll be responsible for
Owning the
end-to-end US events strategy
- planning, execution and optimisation
Delivering third-party and hosted events that drive
meetings, pipeline and revenue
Managing all event logistics: vendors, venues, budgets, shipping and timelines
Partnering closely with Sales on event selection, pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up
Driving reporting and insight across registrations, MQLs, SQLs, opportunities and ROI
Scaling event programmes as the US GTM motion matures
Acting as the US events subject-matter expert within a global marketing team
About you You are a hands-on, commercially minded
B2B events marketer
who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys building with autonomy.
You’ll likely have
Strong experience owning
B2B SaaS or fintech events
end-to-end
A track record of events contributing directly to
pipeline and revenue
Experience operating as a sole or lead events marketer in a scale-up environment
Confidence working with Sales on enterprise and mid-market audiences
Comfort travelling frequently across the US
A builder mentality - you enjoy creating structure, process and momentum from scratch
This is a
pure-play events marketing role
for someone who wants to go deep in events rather than broad field marketing.
