Job Requirements
Valid NC Property & Casualty insurance license.
Valid North Carolina Property & Casualty insurance license.
Experience selling and servicing Personal lines of insurance.
Experience identifying prospects through referral sources and existing clients.
Previous outside sales experience.
Exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Must be capable of working on your own and as part of a team – including account managers, carriers and claims adjusters
Familiar and comfortable with advising prospects in need of sophisticated personal insurance products and risk management solution.
Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualities
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with the EPIC online software
Positive and dynamic team player
Inquisitive and excited to learn
Love change and be flexible!
