Develop and execute corporate giving goals and plans Lead employee giving campaigns and volunteer opportunities Serve as the company's Benevity administrator Monitor and report on program metrics and outcomes Manage Sustainability strategy and reporting Oversee engagement with sustainability rating agencies Collaborate on corporate communications initiatives Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 7 years in corporate philanthropy or related field Experience with Benevity or similar software Familiarity with corporate sustainability reporting standards Strong writing and verbal communication skills Proven program and budget management abilities Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
Energy industry experience Understanding of nonprofit sector best practices Experience with large-scale program management Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Public Relations, Marketing, and Art/Creative; Industries: Oil and Gas
