Job Summary
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to lead philanthropy and sustainability efforts, fostering employee unity and engagement while advancing organizational reputation. You will be at the forefront of developing and implementing strategic philanthropic and volunteer activities that align with company priorities. Join a high-performing communications team and contribute to impactful corporate communications. This role is open due to the company's growth and commitment to community engagement and sustainability.
Compensation $110,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
Location Houston, Texas.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Develop and execute annual corporate giving goals and budgets
Lead major employee giving campaigns and volunteer opportunities
Serve as the company's Benevity administrator
Collaborate on local community investment activities
Monitor and report program metrics and community outcomes
Manage sustainability strategy and reporting
Engage with sustainability rating agencies and industry committees
Partner on multi-channel corporate communications
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 7 years in corporate philanthropy or related field
Experience with Benevity or similar software
Familiarity with corporate sustainability reporting
Proven ability to manage large-scale programs and budgets
Excellent writing and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Energy industry experience
Strong understanding of nonprofit sector
Experience with employee engagement strategies
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
Creative problem-solving skills
