What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop KONE’s position and customer base in the market

Drive proactive engagement and solution selling with various customer segments

Ensure the development of customer relationships, profitability, and satisfaction

Lead the sales team and manage performance, ensuring effective onboarding for new employees

Participate in market and customer analysis to ensure quality sales planning and pricing management

What is Required (Qualifications)

7+ years of technical sales and sales leadership experience, preferably in service or technical sales

Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant working experience in a comparable industry

Strong ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams remotely and locally

Proficiency in utilizing sales tools, analytics, and understanding financial benefits

Exceptional motivational skills to inspire team performance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in consultative value/solution selling methodology

Familiarity with customer purchasing strategies and selling cycles

Proven track record of building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

Experience in driving process improvements and supporting data analysis
