Role Overview VP of Sales – Carrollton, TX. The Regional Vice President of Sales will lead high‑performing sales teams serving contractor customers in residential, new construction, multi‑family, and strategic accounts. This executive role reports to the President and is a key member of the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the President and leadership team to establish strategy, goals, and actions necessary to achieve growth targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through frequent in‑person interactions.

Set clear sales metrics and benchmarks, measure progress, and maintain focus on growth.

Lead the sales organization to ensure exceptional service and market differentiation.

Develop strategies for increasing market share within existing accounts and expanding into new industry segments.

Create and implement annual business plans, managing monthly, quarterly, and annual expense and revenue budgets.

Continuously improve staff capabilities through coaching and development opportunities.

Collaborate with other departments to leverage company capabilities and execute go‑to‑market strategies.

Stay current on industry trends and hire top talent, applying best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required; Graduate degree preferred.

Strong track record of delivering results while effectively leading an organization.

Ability to operate at both strategic conceptual and detailed operational levels.

Hands‑on, action‑oriented approach suitable for an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced culture.

Engaging leadership style that builds credibility with staff, colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

Strong organizational, communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.

Willingness and ability to travel throughout the region.

Data analysis and interpretation skills.

Excellent analytical and critical thinking.

Proficiency in PC, including MS Office Suite.
