Base pay range $26.50/hr - $29.00/hr

In this role, you’ll support our National Sales and Account Management teams by setting up and implementing custom client programs, ensuring customer information is accurate and up to date in our systems, and delivering top‑tier technical customer service. You’ll play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients while helping them navigate and succeed within their Tyndale programs.
HYBRID/REMOTE:
Tyndale supports a strong work‑life balance. This opportunity requires onsite work a minimum of 1 day per week, and 4 days per week remotely. To be considered, candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our corporate headquarters in Pipersville, PA (Bucks County) or our location in Houston, TX (City Centre).
Responsibilities
Daily preparing of emailed invoices and payment requests
Daily matching of receivers to invoices
Vouchering vendor invoices and payment requests
Review and monitor the Accounts Payable mail as needed
Review vendor statements to assure all invoice & credit memos have been vouchered
Daily review of pending receivers & invoices
Voucher and process checks requests received through Nutrient
Process vendor invoices with proper G/L coding and approvals
Document corrective actions taken regarding receiver discrepancies on inventoried items, credit memos due from vendors, and submit inventory invoice discrepancies through Nutrient to resolve purchase order related issues
Match processed invoices to check or ACH documentation
File vendor invoices electronically in open payables
Assist department with special projects and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Accounts Payable Supervisor
Qualifications
3+ years of Accounts Payable experience required
Knowledge of accounting principles is strongly preferred
High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree in Accounting a plus
Computer skills – proficient in MS Office with an emphasis on Excel and accounting software experience
Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt to change and reprioritize tasks, maintaining a sense of urgency
Knowledge and experience to troubleshoot problems
Ability to accurately identify issues and then use creativity and persistence in looking for and executing solutions
Must be able to appropriately, discreetly and effectively handle and communicate sensitive information and have a strong understanding of confidentiality
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Work Environment / Physical Demands
Constantly remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
Occasionally adjust, lift, or move objects up to 10 pounds in all directions
Constantly operate a computer and other office equipment, using repetitive motions
Communicate with others to exchange accurate information
Must be able to complete tasks in a noisy environment
