Job Summary The
Sales Manager
is a high-level sales organization architect responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling the firms entire sales infrastructure. This leader oversees multiple sales teams across the firm, drives revenue growth, enhances conversion performance, and implements operational systems that support thousands of monthly inbound leads.
Serving as both strategist and operator, this role designs and executes firmwide sales architecture, oversees data and reporting structures, and leads supervisors and coaches to achieve performance excellence. The Senior Manager – Sales establishes a disciplined, results-driven culture and ensures that sales operations are aligned with the firms mission and business priorities.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties Sales Architecture & Strategy Development
Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase consultations, conversion rates, and retain clients.
Build scalable systems, workflows, dashboards, and KPIs that support high-volume operations.
Develop the firms sales playbook, performance frameworks, and structured reporting cadences.
Align strategies with organizational goals, market demands, and firmwide operational needs.
Sales Team Performance & Leadership
Lead, direct, and coach sales supervisors and multi-team operations across the department.
Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and create action plans to drive continuous improvement.
Establish accountability systems and enforce high standards of execution across all teams.
Data, Reporting & Analytics
Oversee CRM performance and data integrity using
Litify and Salesforce .
Lead the development and daily utilization of
UI Bakery dashboards
for real-time operational oversight.
Use
Power BI
dashboards for executive reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Translate data insights into improvements in funnel optimization, staffing, and conversion processes.
Training, Development & Operational Coaching
Partner with Sales Coaches and Training teams to ensure consistent, high-quality skill development.
Create structured coaching programs, certification processes, and performance development paths.
Ensure training reinforces organizational goals, sales standards, and process consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Legal, IT, and Finance to ensure alignment across the client journey.
Support automation workflows involving ManyChat, WhatsApp, Hootsuite, and CRM-driven communication.
Collaborate on resource planning, operations scaling, and organizational development initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
Stay current on best practices in sales leadership, analytics, training, and organizational scaling.
Identify operational bottlenecks and streamline processes to maximize efficiency and predictability.
Integrate new tools, methodologies, and improvements to support rapid growth.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in professional services, legal, healthcare, insurance, education, or similar industries.
Demonstrated ability to build or rebuild sales organizations, workflows, and KPI systems.
Proven success increasing close rates by 15–20%+.
Experience managing high-volume operations (1,500–3,000 leads per month).
Proficiency with
Litify, Salesforce, UI Bakery, and Power BI .
Strong leadership, communication, data analysis, and operational planning skills.
Ability to perform in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Bilingual: English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree (MBA or similar).
Experience working in or with law firms.
Key Performance Indicators
Successful execution of scalable systems and workflow improvements.
Increased contact-to-consult and consult-to-retainer conversion rates.
Development and performance improvement of supervisors and coaching staff.

Work Environment This is a fully remote role supporting a fast-paced, mission-driven operation with rapid growth and evolving needs. Occasional travel may be required for leadership meetings, training, or cross-team engagement.
Salary and Benefits Salary:
$90,000 to $130,000 Depending on Experience/Location + Bonuses/Commission
