They partner with general contractors, architects, and property management companies to deliver durable, low‑maintenance, and visually stunning exterior products for residential and commercial developments.

About the Role The company is seeking a proactive and results‑driven inside sales person to join their sales team. This role is critical in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting the outside sales team in growing their presence in the multi‑family housing market. The ideal candidate has experience in construction‑related sales environments and is comfortable managing a high volume of customer interactions.

Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, email campaigns, and online research.

Proactively support the outside sales team by scheduling meetings, setting appointments, and handing off warm leads.

Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, architects, and property management contacts.

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, lead status, and follow‑up activities using CRM tools.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide basic product information to support the sales process.

Support marketing initiatives to drive lead engagement and expand outreach within the multi‑family sector.

Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform conversations and lead nurturing efforts.

Qualifications

3+ years of inside sales or sales support experience; building materials, construction, or multi‑family development background preferred.

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills across a range of stakeholders.

Comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling high‑volume outreach.

Proficient with Salesforce and business software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

Self‑motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
