Enterprise Account Manager Location: Austin, Texas – Full‑time – Mid‑Senior level.

About This Role Zogo is currently seeking a focused, highly motivated, full‑time Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. The role will serve as a liaison between our top Enterprise clients and the Zogo team, playing a critical role in executing revenue goals through renewals and upsells. The Enterprise Account Manager will oversee onboarding, maintaining enterprise accounts, ensuring renewals, coordinating with Sales and other teams, and managing the entire client journey from onboarding to QBRs and renewal discussions.

Responsibilities

Determine and understand the needs and problems of enterprise clients to effectively position Zogo as a solution.

Report to the Lead Enterprise Account Manager.

Effectively onboard clientele using relevant tools and software.

Consistently meet and exceed enterprise client expectations.

Work comfortably in a fast‑paced environment and respond proactively to change.

Coordinate with Client Success, Revenue, Marketing, and Product team members.

Collaborate on data documentation, reporting, and metric tracking.

Exhibit operational excellence to meet and exceed the needs of a developing team.

Identify growth areas per account by leveraging established relationships and building new ones.

Drive adoption and growth by fostering strong, collaborative relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.

Identify and mitigate risks for customers at different stages of the lifecycle.

Translate customer feedback into actionable insights to enhance Zogo’s products and services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

2‑5 years of experience (or proven experience) as an Account Manager, CSM, Sales, or similar role.

Experience building trusted, long‑term relationships with enterprise customers.

Well‑spoken and comfortable speaking/presenting.

Demonstrated success with account management involving six‑figure ARR deals.

Ability to prioritize opportunities, overcome obstacles, and achieve results.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong customer focus and service orientation.

Experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom.

Preferred experience with SaaS products or within the fintech space.

Preferred experience using Zoom, GSuite, HubSpot (or another CRM platform).
