Job Description The Children’s Recovery Center (CRC) is seeking an experienced and passionate Consumer Recovery Specialist to join our dedicated team in the Norman area. This position involves leading recovery groups, accurately documenting sessions, conducting peer reviews of group notes, and serving as a consistent, positive role model for consumers.
Job Type & Compensation
Full‑time position
Consumer Recovery Specialist salary: $35,547.20 ($17.09/hr.) + shift differentials and benefits.
Senior Consumer Recovery Specialist salary: $37,627.20 ($18.09/hr.) + shift differentials and benefits.
Shift differentials apply for evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays.
Must be 21 years of age or older (DHS requirement).
FLSA status: Non‑Exempt.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Consumer Recovery Specialist: Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience substituting two years of relevant experience.
Senior Consumer Recovery Specialist: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience substituting four years of relevant experience.
Special Requirements
Physical examination required upon conditional offer; must occasionally lift/carry 65 pounds and push/pull a maximum force of 25 pounds.
Safety‑sensitive positions require a negative urinalysis drug test on conditional offer.
