POSITION SUMMARY Rare Beauty is seeking a highly organized and proactive
Senior Coordinator of Consumer Marketing
to provide dedicated support to the Manager of Consumer Marketing, with a strong emphasis on driving 360 campaign execution. This role will play a pivotal part in implementing comprehensive marketing strategies across touchpoints, ensuring alignment and excellence in global consumer‑facing initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Support
Partner closely with the Manager of Consumer Marketing to implement go‑to‑market strategies for global product and brand campaigns, including hero launches, by managing timelines, deliverables, and integrated activation plans.
Drive cross‑functional collaboration across DTC, retail, social, PR, influencer, and brand teams to ensure seamless execution of globally‑aligned 360 campaigns.
Support with the localization of global toolkits and campaign assets, ensuring brand consistency across international markets.
Assist in compiling and distributing campaign briefs, managing asset trackers, and coordinating campaign updates to ensure stakeholders remain aligned.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Execution
Act as the key operational support for day‑to‑day activities, helping the Manager of Consumer Marketing execute seasonal strategies and campaign tentpoles.
Liaise with internal partners including Social, Content, Creative, and Sales to align deliverables and timelines with strategic objectives.
Manage logistics for North America sampling programs and in‑market activations by working closely with third‑party agencies, fulfillment vendors, and regional marketing teams.
Community & Engagement Integration
Help bring the global community voice into campaign work by integrating UGC, social insights, and TYB (Try Your Best) content into consumer marketing strategies.
Support execution of global community activations and seeding moments tied to product launches and key cultural milestones.
Performance & Insights Reporting
Support post‑campaign recaps and performance tracking, consolidating data across markets to evaluate impact and inform future strategies.
Contribute to weekly sentiment and social listening reports to highlight emerging global trends, consumer feedback, and content opportunities.
Project & Asset Management
Maintain organizational systems and tools to support the Manager in campaign execution—this includes calendars, recaps, asset libraries, and internal documentation.
Coordinate inventory, product orders, and fulfillment needs tied to marketing programs and global campaign execution.
Additional responsibilities as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care.
Hands‑on experience supporting consumer‑facing campaigns across retail, DTC, and social channels.
Understanding of the beauty industry, consumer trends, and cultural moments that spark connection.
Experience supporting product launches, hero SKU storytelling, and brand‑building initiatives.
Familiarity with omnichannel go‑to‑market strategies and retail marketing.
Strong eye for detail and passion for bringing brand stories to life.
Ability to translate product benefits into engaging, consumer‑first messaging.
Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams including creative, social, content, PR, and influencer partners.
Proficient in tracking campaign performance and supporting reporting needs.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative settings.
