We are looking for a full‑time, experienced Residential Lead HVAC Tech to join our team in Columbus, OH. As a key member of our company, you will earn a competitive wage of up to
$40 per hour , receive a

Qualifications
4+ years of HVAC field experience
Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
Experience removing old HVAC systems
Experience installing new HVAC systems
Performing routine maintenance
Training junior team members
Communicating with clients and customers
Ordering and maintaining equipment
Running pipe and duct systems through homes
Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
Understanding refrigeration cycles
Interpreting technical data such as pressure and temperature
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Are you a problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting? Are you self‑motivated? Do you have excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information clearly and in layman’s terms? Are you service‑oriented?
