Join Medtronic as an Affera Mapping Specialist and be at the forefront of transforming lives through advanced medical technology. In this role, you’ll work alongside a collaborative team of clinicians, engineers, physicians, and innovators to execute mapping solutions for cardiac and other electrophysiological systems. You will blend technical expertise with a passion for improving patient outcomes to impact global healthcare. This role requires residing within the territory and traveling to multiple accounts; a valid driver\'s license is essential with approximately 25% travel outside the territory. Various levels available based on qualifications and experience Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products. Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures. Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures. Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products. Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business. Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities. Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS solutions products. Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region. Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support. Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology. Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, ensure these minimum requirements are evident on your resume. High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 10 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation. OR Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation. OR Bachelor degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation. Preferred Qualifications

B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum of four years of work experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic or sales. Proven track record with technical training assignments. Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical / clinical support. Ability to travel more than 25% of the time. Additional Job Requirements

Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation. Clinical Specialists are required to be within their assigned territory each day to be available for unscheduled needs. Clinical Specialists may travel outside of their assigned territory and may require overnight stays. Must have a valid driver\'s license and ability to drive up to 50% of the time within the assigned territory. Ability to freely move throughout the facility, use a phone, keyboard and mouse, and interact with personal computers. Ability to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day. Medtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package. We provide a range of benefits and compensation plans designed to support you at every career and life stage. Salary ranges for U.S. locations: $150,000.00 - $155,000.00. The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding certain locations. The offered rate varies by experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP).
