Responsibilities This position is responsible for leading all onboarding and troubleshooting efforts for creative intake and approval systems used by internal creative, sales and product marketing teams at HCSC. The candidate will develop intake forms, manage workflows, support the Creative Operations team, provide first‑line technical support for end users, and perform basic system administrative oversight. The role relies heavily on cross‑functional collaboration, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities also include maintaining vendor relationships, submitting support tickets, and filing feature enhancement requests.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ experience in writing, marketing, and communication activities.
4 years’ experience in communications.
Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
PC proficiency including Word and PowerPoint.
Self‑starter with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
4 years project management, digital producer, or traffic management experience.
Working familiarity with File Maker Pro, Wrike, or other project management tool.
Working familiarity with Workfront Proof, Ziflow, or other online approval system.
Working familiarity with Microsoft Teams.
Backend systems administration experience: permissions setting, organization, onboarding, and basic troubleshooting.
Agency or creative operations experience.
Project Management Certification.
Compensation $55,900.00 – $123,500.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
