VP Racing Fuels
Marketing Manager
VP Racing Fuels is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand and marketing strategy across our global performance and consumer goods portfolio. This role will define, elevate, and expand the VP Racing brand – driving growth through innovative campaigns, strategic partnerships, and disciplined brand management.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the global brand and marketing strategy to increase awareness, market share, and profitability.
Lead a high‑performing marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and cross‑department collaboration.
Drive consumer insights, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform business strategy and innovation.
Oversee brand architecture, messaging, and positioning to ensure consistency across all divisions and geographies.
Manage external agency relationships and direct all major advertising, digital, and promotional initiatives.
Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations leaders to align marketing strategies with revenue and growth goals.
Oversee sponsorships, motorsports partnerships, and event activations to strengthen VP’s industry leadership.
Develop and monitor KPIs for brand performance, campaign ROI, and long‑term brand equity.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure disciplined use of resources for maximum business impact.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 8‑10 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within consumer goods, automotive, or performance brands.
Proven success developing and executing multi‑channel marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across departments.
Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation abilities.
Experience managing agencies, budgets, and large‑scale marketing projects.
