We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic
Account Executive (Inbound Sales)
to help expand our customer base in the beauty industry, including salons, spas, and tattoo businesses. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, results-oriented professional with a “hunter” mentality who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
Collaboration Hours
Ideally looking for a candidate located in PST or MST time zones to support 9-5 PST work hours.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop business opportunities through proactive inbound lead calling, emailing, and texting activities.
Build a strong rapport with prospects and guide them through the sales process, identifying pain points and offering tailored solutions.
Maintain detailed records in Salesforce, ensuring leads, opportunities, and accounts are updated and managed efficiently.
Efficiently qualify and work leads to drive revenue growth to targets through new customer acquisition, upstream add‑on sales, and Payment Processing attachment.
Deliver product demos to prospects and our existing customer base.
Onboard new businesses to DaySmart’s integrated merchant processing.
Become a subject‑matter expert on DaySmart’s products and tools, particularly as they relate to the beauty industry.
Leverage client referrals, networking, and industry connections to build a robust sales pipeline.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations to business owners, managers, and subject‑matter experts, effectively demonstrating the value and benefits of our software solutions.
Achieve and exceed planned sales objectives, metrics, and targets on a monthly and quarterly basis by proactively engaging new prospects.
Follow up persistently with leads to drive conversions and close deals.
Enable cross‑functional efficiency between teams at DaySmart to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Ideally looking for a candidate located in PST or MST time zones to support 9-5 PST work hours.
2+ years of consultative inbound sales experience in the SaaS space, preferably with Beauty Software.
Demonstrated success in cold calling and an ability to overcome objections with confidence and persistence.
Proven “hunter” mentality with a focus on driving new business and achieving aggressive sales targets.
Strong ability to present technology and articulate its benefits effectively.
Outstanding interpersonal and team collaboration skills to drive sound decision‑making.
Proven ability to negotiate and close contracts in an efficient manner.
Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Teams, Intercom, and/or Salesloft.
Familiarity with the beauty industry, including salons, spas, and tattoo businesses, is highly preferred.
Experience selling & onboarding payment processing or card payment solutions highly preferred.
Salary
The salary range for this role is a base of $55,000 to $60,000 with a variable pay plan worth an additional $55,000 (equating to on‑target earnings of $110,000 to $115,000). Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, internal equity, etc.
