Territory Account Specialist – INCO Essity is looking for an experienced Territory Account Specialist (INCO) to prospect and maintain all market segments in the assigned territory. The role focuses on Long Term Care, Assisted Living, and Memory Care facilities, targeting independent facilities and regional/national chains. This remote position covers southeastern Wisconsin, Michigan, Chicago, and surrounding territories. The candidate should be located within the aligned territory and willing to travel frequently.

What You Will Do

Prospect new business and convert, upsell, and maintain all independent business.

Maintain and provide service to all independent Essity buying facilities.

Work closely with the Regional Key Account Manager to install newly acquired facilities for chains.

Manage relations and build rapport with all distribution reps and all end‑user facilities within the territory.

Target existing accounts for opportunities with premium products and line extensions.

Drive growth and profitability through the entire product assortment and appropriate pricing strategy.

Build rapport and prospect with assigned distribution, GPO, and Essity counterparts.

Work with Revenue Management on new business opportunities to ensure appropriate pricing/terms.

Support facility‑level customer business reviews.

Manage relationships with GPO and distribution sales representatives.

Plan and attend local/territory trade shows.

Cross‑train with the clinical representatives.

Develop and execute business plans via quarterly business reviews with distribution partners and regional end customers.

Make approximately eighteen calls per week.

Operate in a manner consistent with ESSITY’s beliefs and behaviors.

Maintain all organizational processes (CRM system, Expense Management System, etc.).

Perform other essential responsibilities as deemed necessary.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s Degree and/or at least three years of experience in an account‑management role.

Three or more years of experience in sales or account management; healthcare industry experience (Long‑Term Care) preferred.

Proven track record of leading the sales process for account opportunities, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Effective team collaboration skills.

Effective internal and external communication skills.

Willingness and ability to travel 70% to domestic locations.

Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.

Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range of $75,000 – $85,000, plus sales incentive and benefits. Pay may vary based on individual factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.
