Sales Manager

Your Role:
Drive sales of advanced technology products and associated services in the maritime environment.
Acquire new customers and develop long‑term business relationships.
Identify market opportunities, analyse industry trends, and develop effective sales strategies.
Provide comprehensive customer support, including preparing proposals and contracts.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions and events.
Maintain CRM systems and coordinate appointments.
Prepare sales reports and updates for senior management.
Your Profile:
Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or equivalent studies.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maritime sales (equipment, services, or shipbuilding).
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a confident and professional demeanor.
High degree of initiative, customer focus, and entrepreneurial thinking.
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Good MS Office skills; knowledge of ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
