Role Responsibilities
Own day-to-day Walmart business, including item setup/maintenance, PDP/content accuracy, pricing and promo execution, comp shops, and post-event readouts.
Lead buyer interactions through weekly touchpoints, line reviews, business planning, and delivery of clear, insight-driven recommendations.
Build and manage Retail Link (DSS) dashboards for sales, inventory, and supply; translate data into actionable plans.
Identify and pitch growth opportunities—features, events, space, NPD, and retail marketing—supported by strong ROI.
Partner with Marketing to develop and execute trade programs that integrate social, digital, and community activations.
Co‑own Walmart.com strategy and ensure excellence across PDPs, A+ content, SEO, and retail media (search/display).
Brief, QA, and analyze Walmart Connect campaigns, monitoring ROAS, share of search, and conversion.
Collaborate with Planning/Ops on forecasting, stock and sales plans, OTIF, constraints, and E&O mitigation.
Produce weekly performance reports (sell‑in/sell‑out, velocity, mix, promo ROI) and identify whitespace and shelf‑defense opportunities.
Qualifications
5+ years of beauty/personal care CPG account management experience with proven Walmart experience
Proficiency with Retail Link (DSS), Walmart Connect fundamentals, Excel/Sheets (INDEX/MATCH, PIVOTs), and data storytelling.
Strong execution across forecasting, PIM/item setup, PDP/content management, and promo operations.
Ability to convert insights into compelling, buyer‑ready pitches for features, space, NPD, and trade marketing.
Highly collaborative and comfortable working across Marketing, Community, Ops/Supply, and Ecommerce.
Proactive, detail‑driven, and Walmart‑obsessed; excels under pressure and moves quickly from analysis to action.
