Serve as the first point of contact for potential vehicle buyers, creating exceptional customer experiences Execute the Business Development Center (BDC) process in alignment with employer strategies and standards Respond to customer inquiries promptly, maintaining a 15-minute response time during store hours Schedule appointments for in-store visits, following established communication protocols Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system and make 50-100+ outbound contacts daily What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma or equivalent Call center, customer service, or sales experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable working independently in a remote setting How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
