WalkerDrawasis seeks a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role supports the Showroom and VIP divisions across celebrity dressing, red-carpet moments, press events, street style, and VIP & influencer gifting.

Key Responsibilities

Support Account Managers and senior team members with day-to-day client and showroom needs.

Coordinate showroom appointments and fittings with stylists, talent teams, and VIP guests.

Manage and track incoming sample requests and gifting inquiries; communicate approvals and next steps to relevant teams.

Pitch product strategically for gifting and placement opportunities across stylists, influencers, and VIPs.

Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining organized records in Fashion GPS (Launchmetrics).

Support daily sample trafficking, packing, and overall inventory management.

Ensure the showroom is consistently merchandised and reflective of client brand aesthetics.

Create and maintain client lookbooks, gifting decks, and visual assets in Canva or PowerPoint.

Assist in building and maintaining target lists, stylist databases, and contact sheets.

Manage occasional local drop‑offs, pick‑ups, and FedEx/DHL/UPS shipments as needed.

Support image tracking for celebrity, influencer, and media placements.

Qualifications

1+ year of internship or agency experience in a fashion showroom, celebrity/VIP relations, or styling environment.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced setting.

Positive, collaborative, and solution‑oriented attitude.

Familiarity with Fashion GPS /Launchmetrics, Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace preferred.

Strong passion for fashion, celebrity culture, and brand storytelling.
