Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities Qualifications
Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities Compensation
