Our clinic offers physical, occupational, and speech equine-assisted therapy in a nurturing, collaborative, and family‑centered environment, empowering children and their families with the skills they need to succeed at home, in school, and within their communities. Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough evaluations and re‑evaluations using standardized and clinical assessment tools. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals. Provide direct equine‑assisted therapy sessions using evidence‑based, play‑centered approaches. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in the EMR system. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and community outreach as needed. Qualifications
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current state PT license (or eligibility for licensure). Pediatric experience preferred; willingness to grow into pediatric specialty required. Horse knowledge and experience preferred. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential.
