Executive Director - Assisted Living Prestige Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead our assisted living/memory care community. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the facility’s operations, ensuring top‑quality resident care, staffing, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.

What Does the Executive Director Do?

Serve as the community’s CEO, driving comprehensive business results.

Ensure residents receive the best possible care and that staff are trained, educated, and appropriately staffed.

Adhere to budgets, maintain occupancy goals, and monitor operational quality.

Partner with regional teams for support and growth.

In This Job, Every Day You Will…

Supervise community operations, providing coaching, counseling, and performance evaluations.

Oversee nursing services that meet resident needs and comply with state codes and company policies.

Maintain census expectations and handle resident admissions, ensuring timely documentation.

Recruit, retain staff, and verify background checks, references, and licenses.

Motivate employees through appreciation, recognition, and incentive programs.

Guide department heads on maintaining the community budget.

Conduct operational monitoring, quality reviews, audits, and prepare monthly variance reports.

Education & Experience Needed To Qualify •

Appropriate state certification or license for assisted living/memory care.



Associate’s degree and at least two years in geriatrics or three years in a management role, with budgeting, staff development, training, and scheduling experience.



Additional coursework in management is an asset.



Ability to creatively solve problems in resident care and employee management.



Must be able to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

Role After mastering this position, you may advance to Sr. Executive Director, Operations Specialist, or Regional Director of Operations roles within Prestige Care.
