What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of financial institutions throughout the entire implementation lifecycle
Lead client onboarding and provide strategic guidance, including on‑site workshops
Conduct detailed data analysis, including data mapping, integration processes, and driving data remediation
Perform performance monitoring and statistical analysis to enhance product usage and client satisfaction
Collaborate closely with business and technology units to address business and functional requirements
What is Required (Qualifications)
3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Architect or in a similar customer‑facing role, preferably in Fintech or Banking technology sectors
Bachelor of Science Degree (BS) in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field
Proven customer‑facing experience with the ability to lead sessions effectively
Hands‑on experience in SQL and data mining/designing analytical models
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the financial services sector (banking, credit cards, or insurance)
Familiarity with modern AI tools and platforms
