Responsibilities Staff Primary Care Physician
Provide primary care services to veterans, including preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families to optimize health outcomes.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify health concerns and coordinate appropriate interventions and referrals.
Utilize evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated care for veterans.
