Develop and create short-form video and photo content tailored for Instagram and Facebook. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates. Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach. Maintain a consistent posting schedule and manage content calendars. Grow Social Media channels to coincide with the company's goals Proven experience in social media content creation and video editing. Proficiency in video editing software especially Adobe and CapCut Strong understanding of social media growth and engagement Experience in creating and running ad campaigns and boosted posts within Instagram and Facebook. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Portfolio of previous work or links to social media profiles showcasing relevant experience. Flexible working hours.
