Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify product information, quantities, and condition of items being picked.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all warehouse Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Properly wear and utilize all required PPE.
- Meet or exceed established picking productivity goals.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed within the Logistics department.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and scanner instructions.
- Capability of consistent Lifting (up to 40 lbs) and significant walking.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control basics.
- Understanding of and adherence to Safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with Logistics processes is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
