Order Picker

Job Summary:
Join our fast-paced logistics hub in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, as an Order Picker! We are looking for motivated individuals to accurately and efficiently pick products for customer orders. Your primary responsibility will be to navigate the warehouse, locate specified items, and prepare them for shipment. This role is fundamental to our fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive the correct items in a timely manner. We prioritize a safe working environment and emphasize adherence to all safety procedures, including proper Lifting techniques and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). As an Order Picker, you'll contribute to the smooth operation of our distribution center and play a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction through accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
• Verify product codes and quantities before picking.
• Pack picked items securely and appropriately for shipment.
• Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Transport picked items to packing or shipping stations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Participate in regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to overall logistics efficiency.
• Ensure correct use of PPE and proper Lifting methods.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 40 pounds.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow Safety protocols and wear PPE.
