Order Picker

Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our fast-paced distribution center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As an Order Picker, you will play a vital role in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse to locate and retrieve specific items, ensuring that the correct products are selected and prepared for shipment. This position requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to workplace Safety . Join our team and be a key player in our Logistics operations.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or scanner prompts.
• Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
• Package picked items securely for shipment, using appropriate materials.
• Transport picked items to the shipping area.
• Operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in inventory counts as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to Safety and PPE .
• Meet or exceed productivity targets for order picking.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform Lifting of up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must wear required PPE , including safety shoes.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
