Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order requirements, using RF scanners and pick sheets.
- Ensure the correct items and quantities are selected for each order.
- Stage picked items in the designated shipping or packing areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area according to warehouse standards.
- Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing required PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Identify and report any inventory inaccuracies or damaged products.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets for order picking.
- Assist with other warehouse duties, including lifting and moving items as needed.
- Support the smooth functioning of the overall logistics network.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and follow instructions precisely.
- Experience with RF scanning equipment is beneficial.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Willingness and ability to perform lifting tasks, up to 40 lbs.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
