Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movement and confirm order accuracy.
- Verify product codes, quantities, and descriptions to ensure order fulfillment precision.
- Stage picked orders for packing, quality control, and shipping departments.
- Report any inventory discrepancies, damages, or stock issues promptly.
- Safely operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Strictly adhere to all company Safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet or exceed established productivity targets for order picking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area within the warehouse.
