Order Picker

Job Summary:
We are hiring Order Pickers for our state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. As an Order Picker, you will be a key player in our fulfillment process, responsible for accurately selecting and preparing items for customer orders. This role demands precision, speed, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our inventory and shipping departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment within our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer orders, accurately picking items from warehouse shelves.
• Use voice-picking systems or handheld scanners to locate and confirm items.
• Verify product information and quantities against order requirements.
• Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and updating the system.
• Adhere to all warehouse safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
• Perform regular quality checks on picked items and packed orders.
• Ability to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
• Keep work area clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a logistics setting.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and perform frequent Lifting for extended periods.
• A strong commitment to Safety and following all operational protocols.
• Ability to read and understand English.
