Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients before USCIS , Immigration Courts , and other administrative agencies
- Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop effective legal strategies
- Draft legal documents , including motions, briefs, and pleadings
- Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on immigration-related matters
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management
- Stay current on developments in immigration law and policy changes
- Attend and actively participate in court hearings, interviews, and trials
Qualifications
- Admission to the New York Bar or any U.S. jurisdiction (Required)
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated interest or experience in immigration law
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior litigation experience is highly valued

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
