Join our dynamic team as a Builder, where you will perform essential assembly tasks to ensure the production of high-quality units. You will follow instructions from the group leader, adhere to safety and quality standards, and work collaboratively to achieve common goals. Responsibilities
Assemble units in compliance with dimensional drawings and safety requirements. Use various tools such as pneumatic impact, pliers, and wrenches. Move between multiple workstations as needed. Conduct casing and wiring tasks. Perform sub-assembly mating. Recognize and report any errant parts. Record completed processes accurately. Essential Skills
Proficiency in using hand tools. Ability to read and interpret dimensional drawings. General labor experience. Ability to measure accurately using tape measure. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Flexibility and adaptability to change. Strong teamwork orientation. Initiative to learn new tasks. Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent attendance and positive attitude. Mandatory use of assigned PPE. Why Work Here?

Work in a large, non-temperature-controlled plant environment, requiring standing and walking for extended periods. You will lift up to 50 lbs (non-repetitively) and stoop as needed. This role involves working outside on the back loading dock for the final assembly of units, where you will perform final checks and secure panels before loading. The position is on the first shift, and appropriate layering is necessary due to cold conditions. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
