CNC Set up Mill Machinist
We are seeking a skilled CNC Set up Mill Machinist with expertise in programming, setups, and operating CNC machines. The role involves working primarily with medical device parts, utilizing stainless steel and aluminum materials. Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints accurately. Use dimensioning tools to ensure precision. Inspect parts before final inspection to maintain quality. Perform setups and edits using G&M codes. Utilize SmartCam software for enhanced operations. Essential Skills
At least 3 years of CNC machining experience on mills. Strong setup and editing skills with G&M codes. Proficiency in reading blueprints. Familiarity with dimensioning and inspection tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with SmartCam is a plus. Ownership of personal tools such as calipers, micrometers, indicators, and edge finders. Why Work Here?
