Responsibilities
Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls using multi-line phone systems
Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professionalism
Document interactions accurately in the system
Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals
Requirements
Education:
Associate's Degree or higher (required by client)
OR
Completed Certification/Licensed Program Training above High School (Trades/IT)
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in a high-volume call center
Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multi-line phone systems
Experience handling customer inquiries and processing orders
Background in healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical industries is a
plus
