Freight Broker / Logistics Sales Executive
We are partnering with an established, asset-based carrier with nearly 70 years in business is seeking an experienced Freight Broker / Logistics Sales Executive to join its high-growth team. Serving Fortune 500 customers nationwide, this company offers a strong sales culture, modern technology, and full operational support in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Prospect, develop, and close new customer business Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Negotiate rates and manage contracts Coordinate shipments with dedicated operations and dispatch teams Consistently meet or exceed KPI and revenue targets Qualifications 25+ years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience Proven track record of exceeding sales goals (ideally $300K+/month revenue, $30K+/month gross margin) Strong communication and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial, hunter mindset with self-motivation Ability to manage and grow customer accounts Compensation & Benefits $80K$100K base salary + uncapped commissions Remote flexibility, no non-compete, modern TMS/CRM, and 24/7 operational support Most people only consider a change if it's better than what they're doing today.
